The Chairman of the National Council of the Slovak Republic announced by his Decree No. 2/2009 of 8 January 2009 the elections to the European Parliament.
The election will be held on Saturday 6 June 2009.
The election will be held according to the
Act Nr. 331/2003 Coll.
on the elections to the European Parliament as amended.
